What do you know about the number.....
One of my favorite calendar activities is what do you know about the number of the day! I can't believe what the children come up with! Many of the children come in first thing and want to share their math problem! It's very interesting to see the growth each month. After Christmas we will start using the amount of days we have been in school as our number.

OMG!! I am so excited to have my blog up and running! I want to start by sharing my classroom. This is my third year in first grade. We are "camping" in our room this year! Here is a peek at my second home :)
