After nine snow days we are finally starting our weather unit! This is one of my favorite units to teach! To start off we discussed the different types of weather we know about. We narrowed the topics down to sunny days, rainy days, and snowy days. From there we read more about each type of weather. We then created a chart over our class's favorite weather day. Tomorrow we will "analyze" the data! We also discussed the four seasons of the year. After reading about the different seasons, we collected data on our class's favorite season.
